• 3–5 years in quality assurance or supplier quality engineering.
• AS 9100 or equivalent quality standard experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SPC and quality management tools.
• Experience with supplier audits and corrective actions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QMS software.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specs.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar certification preferred.
