Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inspection plans based on customer requirements.
• Analyze NPDI documentation to define inspection points and QC needs.
• Monitor production quality data, identify trends and propose solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and lead CAPAs with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Test and Process Engineering to improve yield.
• Prepare quality reports and metrics for stakeholders.
• Investigate line rejections and verify defect components.
