Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or related.
• Experience with Quality, Supplier Quality, Dfx methodology, Process Validation, Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates potential new suppliers through technical capability assessments.
• Executes APQP processes during NPI projects to ensure timely quality.
• Facilitates DFx collaboration between R&D and suppliers to improve design quality.
• Documents detailed quality requirements for suppliers in the Supplier Project Book.
