American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a Production Support Engineer to investigate and analyze quality issues through reading blueprints, part measurement, and Catia/3D CAD. You will support and lead supplier coordination, confirm operating standards, and drive non-conforming parts to resolution while minimizing downtime.

Production Support Departmentt: Engineer person in charge supports problem investigation/analysis/ report for Quality issues through blueprint reading, part measurement, Catia/3D. Support and lead support management (supplier contact, confirmation of op stds, etc) for all non-confirming production parts, triggering point compliance and collaborative support of problem summaries, Minimize or eliminate impact to Global Direct Pass/Downtime and support/coordination of large repair projects. Develop technical skillset through frequent interactions and mentorship. Support activities that affect cost and help reduce downtime and units to repair. Ensure sorting activity properly addresses safety and environmental hazards on operation standards. Support new model activity as assigned and other department and division quality improvement activity.
Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering equivalent relevant experience
Average Experience: 0-6 years’ experience depending upon education
