Job summary

RoShay Services seeks an experienced Quality Engineer to lead pre-production initiatives and ensure readiness for new product launches using APQP methodologies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7-10 years of quality engineering experience.
• Proficiency in statistical software, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, FMEA, GD&T, and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-production and product launch readiness, coordinating cross-functional corrective actions.
• Develop and validate inspection criteria using SPC and Measurement System Analysis.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing nonconformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions with suppliers and teams.
