RFA Engineering is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our on-site engineering team at a customer facility. The role focuses on investigating supplier quality issues, coordinating with production and engineering, and driving deviations or process changes to minimize downtime.
The position requires strong root cause analysis, Six Sigma/Lean knowledge, and effective communication. Growth opportunities exist in quality systems, NPI projects, and cross-functional leadership.

We are seeking an Entry-Level to Experienced candidate to become an integral part of our engineering team. The selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff using state-of-the-art engineering tools & processes. This position will operate onsite at our customer's world-class engineering and manufacturing facility.

Supplier Quality Engineer
A strategic supplier quality engineer will greatly help manage and disposition Process Change Notifications and Deviations. It is a critical role and the catalyst to gathering cross functional teams together to resolve issues. It is a time sensitive role to mitigate the production downtime risk due to quality issues. It will greatly improve the morale of team via reducing the overload of work from others in this role.
