GE Aerospace is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure suppliers meet quality, delivery, and performance targets across the Aeroderivative Engine Operations Industrialization supply chain. You will lead qualifications, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and NPI teams.
The role requires onsite supplier support with up to 20% travel and offers a base pay range of $116,000–$140,000 plus annual bonus
The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring suppliers consistently meet quality, delivery, and performance expectations across the Aeroderivative Engine Operations Industrialization supply chain. In this role, you will evaluate supplier capability, conduct supplier qualifications and audits, monitor performance, and work directly with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
The SQE partners closely with cross-functional teams — including Supplier Quality Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Planning, and New Product Introduction/Management of Change teams — to support supplier readiness, strengthen supply chain performance, and ensure alignment with business and industry requirements. This role is critical to maintaining supply chain integrity, supporting operational excellence, and enabling successful supplier onboarding and development.
This position includes onsite supplier support as needed and requires the ability to travel globally up to 20%.

The base pay range for this position is $116,000 - $140,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
