Base pay range

$70.00/hr - $72.00/hr

• Lead and manage Process Validation and Verification qualification at our client's plastic suppliers and other commodities.
• Utilize Manufacturing Engineering and Design expertise to review product and part specifications with R&D, ensuring design assurance against part/product risk management file.
• Actively drive and perform IQ, OQ, PQ, and TMV at the suppliers' locations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing bi-weekly updates to Senior Leadership management.
• Travel within North America as needed (approximately 20% of the time).
• Review and assess the OQ/PQ/IQ of suppliers, offering support over TMV challenges.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of related engineering experience (experience in medical device or regulated industry preferred).
• Broad cross-functional experience.
• Advanced Quality Engineering and Continuous Improvement skills.
• Proven ability to maintain direct working relationships with suppliers.
• Leadership experience in a technical capacity.
• Project Management practice and direct shop-floor production engineering sustaining experience.
