Job summary

Redbock - an NES Fircroft company seeks a Supplier Quality Analyst to drive remediation of Quality Agreements for ~250 supplier agreements in a hybrid, 9‑month engagement.

The role emphasizes execution, organization, and proactive management of a large portfolio while communicating with external suppliers. A regulated quality background is helpful, but not required as SME status is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2-4 years in regulated medical device or life sciences environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating directly with external suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Understanding of Quality System and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Quality Agreement amendments through completion.
• Outreach to external suppliers; communicate amendment terms and Quality System requirements.
• Explain rationale behind requested changes, including regulatory/record-retention needs.
• Address supplier questions, negotiations within guidelines, and escalate when needed.
• Review supplier redlines and coordinate with Quality, Legal, or leadership as required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Document communications, negotiations, decisions, and amendment status.
• Track progress, identify stalled agreements, and follow up with suppliers and teams.
• Escalate complex/high-risk issues and manage routine matters.
• Support project reporting and leadership visibility into remediation progress.
• Maintain efficient processes for high-volume amendments to closure.
