Job summary

CS Recruiting is seeking a Supplier Quality Coordinator in Greenwood, IN. The role focuses on risk-based evaluation of raw materials and packaging, shelf-life reviews, and supplier documentation management to ensure compliance and quality.

You will coordinate COA requirements, support audits, and maintain certifications while collaborating with the Regulatory & Compliance Manager and plant Quality teams on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in food manufacturing quality roles.
• Experience with supplier documentation, COA reviews, and regulatory basics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based incoming raw material and packaging evaluations.
• Execute shelf life reviews with documentation and approvals.
• Support supplier setup, COA requirements, and testing in TraceGains.
• Maintain internal raw material specifications and approvals.
• Collect and track supplier documentation, certificates, test results, and CAPA actions.
• Monitor supplier performance and address gaps or risks.
• Assist investigations of supplier nonconformances and complaints.
• Manage Organic and Kosher documentation and certifications.
• Provide on-site Greenwood compliance support with regulatory and plant teams.
• Support supplier audits and evidence collection, action tracking, and closure.
