Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.
• Qualifies suppliers per company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program.
• Monitors parts from acquisition through manufacturing and resolves supplier issues.
• Develops an auditing schedule to ensure GMP and quality standards are met.
• Evaluates supplier internal functions and provides performance feedback.
• Provides Pre-Market Quality Engineering support for NPD with engineering teams.
• Guides supplier quality engagement throughout the NPD lifecycle and quality strategy.
• Collaborates on Product Acceptance Sampling, Approved Supplier List, and SOPs for new products.
• Defines Receiving Inspection requirements and test method validation as needed.
