Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier partnerships from remote locations, travel as needed, and drive executive engagement across the security vendor ecosystem.

You will shape annual plans, lead QBRs, and work with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to accelerate growth, improve customer outcomes, and optimize programs and incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, or tech distribution.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Strong business acumen with revenue, profitability, and strategic initiatives experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
• Understanding of go-to-market planning, demand generation, partner programs, and incentives.
• Experience analyzing business performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Strong financial and analytical skills translating data into strategies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity market and security vendors.
• Subject matter expert in assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level supplier relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for escalations, planning, initiatives, and alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, QBRs, and executive engagement.
• Identify market opportunities and partner growth areas to expand adoption.

Supplier Manager - Security II

Strategic Supplier Management

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regular executive engagement activities.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities, competitive positioning, and pipeline development.
• Support initiatives that increase partner participation, certifications, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.

Program Management & Demand Generation

• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Champion initiatives that improve the customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to resolve complex business issues and remove barriers to growth.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.

• Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $102,900.00 - $187,003.74 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
