TALENT Software Services seeks a Supplier Engineer II to lead daily support initiatives for products, processes, materials, and equipment to meet quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety goals. The role collaborates across R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, and Supply Chain on complex projects.

Responsibilities include testing materials/products, developing specifications, Six Sigma, data analysis, and presenting results to the technical community.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of Supplier Engineer experience with a BS
• Relevant engineering degrees required: Materials, Mechanical, or Electrical
• Knowledge of semiconductor and supply chain processes

Leads initiatives for the daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment in order to achieve production goals (i.e., quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety).

Key Responsibilities

• Works cooperatively with R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, and Supply Chain on complex projects to ensure project success.
• Consistently generates innovative and unique solutions to meet department goals.
• Completes complex engineering work and contributes to new product development teams and product support, typically including the following activities: testing of materials or products, preparation of specifications, Six Sigma, process study, and report preparation.
• Summarizes, analyzes, and draws conclusions from complex test results.
• Designs and prepares complex reports and communicates results to the technical community.
• Designs and coordinates complex engineering tests and experiments.
• Coordinates, manages, and documents project goals and progress and recommends appropriate revisions.
• Assesses the feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering evaluation tests, products, or equipment.
• Leads cross-functional project teams.
• Develops and/or provides work direction to technicians or engineers at key suppliers. Actively manages project and deliverable timelines with those suppliers.

Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:

Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.

Qualifications

Supplier Engineer experience: 5 - 8 Years with a BS
Materials Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Electrical Engineer degrees only.
Semiconductor and supply chain knowledge.
Familiarity with Excel, JMP, and Minitab.
