Cook Medical Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer 1, Supplier to plan, direct, and lead activities supporting supplier controls and manufacturing processes for medical device products.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to implement supplier-related changes under the Cook Quality Management System, evaluating QC non-conformances, and driving multiple projects to timely completion while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial, Material Science) is required.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Project/Outlook and other business software.
• Ability to understand both high-level and detailed business software functions.
• Experience with analytical skills and problem solving.
• Experience in communication and working with a wide variety of associates.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create and execute change plans for supplier related changes in compliance with the Cook Quality Management System and global regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate, document and resolve Incoming Quality Control non-conformances and supplier discrepancies.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently with clear communication to minimize impact to manufacturing.
• Maintain training requirements and seek opportunities for continuous development.
• Interact professionally with colleagues across the global organization and with minimal supervision.
• Strictly adhere to safety requirements and maintain attendance and quality standards.
