Job summary

Great American Insurance Group, a leader in the insurance industry, invites you to join its Strategic Sourcing Division as a Third Party Service Provider Intern in downtown Cincinnati. Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Risk Management, or related fields.
• Ability to work full-time during summer and part-time during the academic year.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update supplier, contract, and engagement records within the TPSP platform.
• Audit, validate, and cleanse data to improve accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
• Analyze data to identify trends, reporting needs, and process improvement opportunities.
• Utilize AI and Copilot tools to perform data research, analysis, validation, and reporting activities.
• Support supplier onboarding activities and workflow coordination.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries received through shared team inbox and support queues.
• Support data governance, system testing, and enhancement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
• Assist with audit, compliance, and management reporting activities.
• Collaborate with team members on operational and continuous improvement projects.
