You will serve as a Supervisory Park Ranger with National Park Service. This position is a temporary promotion. Initial appointment is 60 days which may be extended up to an additional 60 days for a total period of 120 days.
As a Supervisory Park Ranger, you will perform the following duties: Plans and implements policies and programs for interpretation, education, and visitor services. Develops and presents interpretive and education programs to diverse audiences. Plans and manages park social media. Establishes and maintains an internal control program to prevent fraud and waste. Monitors expenditures. Monitors activities of special use permit holders and leaseholders. Plans and conducts interpretive educational training.
