U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs seeks a supervisor for QAE staff to oversee engineering inspections and contract coordination.
You will perform supervisory personnel management, review complex work, and ensure quality in contractor projects in line with established requirements. The role requires staying current with engineering policies and directives, coordinating schedules, and managing high-complexity tasks.
The primary purpose of this position is: To perform supervisory duties for QAE staff.
Performs supervisory personnel management functions. Performs inspections on the most complex engineering jobs for work being done by contractors to ensure quality of work is IAW established requirements. Performs the most complex administrative and technical reviews. Coordinates contract activity and resolve complex schedule or work conflicts.
Stays abreast of new engineering and construction policies and directives to ensure potential impacts on Academy operations are identified and programmed for.

The posted pay range is $91870 – $119434/yr.
