• Specialized experience must demonstrate a mastery of advanced concepts, principles, and practices of professional accounting and financial management.
• Specialized experience must include directing a comprehensive financial management program, developing, implementing, and revising financial management policies, plans, and accounting procedures to ensure efficient use of financial resources.
• Serving as a principal advisor to senior leadership on complex financial and accounting matters, including the use of appropriated and revolving funds.
• Leading and directing the work of subordinate supervisors and staff responsible for various accounting and financial management functions.
