Job summary

Edko is seeking a Supervisor with a forestry or related degree or vegetation management experience to lead field crews in Columbus, OH. You will plan daily activities, schedule crews, track projects, and maintain data while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include QA/QC audits, landowner interactions, and proficiency with GIS/GPS, MS Office, and a laptop. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnight stays, are required.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have an AA or BA degree in forestry, arboriculture, or a related field or utility vegetation management experience.
• Arborist certification or the ability to become certified within 1 year is preferred.
• Ability to travel including overnight stays and valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Proficiency with MS Office, GIS/GPS, and the use of a laptop for field data.
• Ability to communicate effectively with landowners and crew members.
• Experience or exposure to herbicide applications is a plus.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

EDKO, LLC is seeking utility vegetation management professionals, and/or candidates with a work experience or a degree in forestry or a related field to fill the role of a Supervisor. The location of the position is Columbus, Ohio.
