Lonza Group in Vacaville is seeking a Supervisor for Weigh and Kitting, a fully site-based role that supports close collaboration to ensure precision and safety in medicine manufacturing.
You will lead a shift of direct reports, train and develop staff, manage SOPs and GMP documentation, and oversee material handling and kitting processes to meet agreed service levels while driving continuous improvement and audits.
This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
Within the Vacaville Supply Chain organization, the Supervisor for Weigh and Kitting manages a shift of direct reports who are responsible for executing weigh/kitting operations in support of Lonza Vacaville manufacturing operations. The Supervisor will ensure that the team is trained, capable and meets current and future customer demand in a safe, high quality, compliant, reliable and cost-effective manner. The leader will promote values and leadership commitments within the group and will develop their direct reports to achieve the same.
