Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the warehousing and shipping of materials, and to lead the warehouse team. Schedule is nights: 6:00pm–4:30am, four 10-hour shifts per cycle.

You will staff, train, and develop team members, supervise daily operations, and ensure safety SOPs while maintaining inventory accuracy and controlling costs. Experience with SAP or similar MRP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience required.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse staff required.
• Experience managing budget required.
• Proficient with Windows and Office programs.
• Proficient with SAP or similar MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities ensuring safety procedures.
• Schedule warehouse team to meet facility demands.
• Allocate space for stock rotation.
• Maintain inventory levels and control losses.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
• Secure company assets.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse ensuring the following of safety operating procedures
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
• Secure company assets
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required and
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience required
• 2+ years supervising warehouse staff required
• Experience managing budget required
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
• Proficient with SAP or similar MRP programs
• Able to lead front-line employees effectively - may be in a unionized environment
• Able to handle conflict
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required
• Ability lift product (up to 50lb) frequently and repetitively required
