Benchmark Electronics Inc in Minnesota, Winona, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehousing personnel and systems and direct daily operations. You will organize workloads, supervise material handling, and ensure accurate processing from receipt to destination.

Responsibilities include resolving discrepancies, supporting cycle counts, and maintaining policy compliance while ensuring quality and safety in a 24/7 global operation.

Summary

Supervise warehousing personnel and systems, and direct daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule the department workload in order to provide an accurate and efficient method for processing materials, once received, to their ultimate destinations. Supervise the proper handling, checking, and distribution of these materials.
• Review problems and discrepancy reports and either execute effective corrective actions or contact the appropriate personnel for resolution
• Contribute to defining and implementing departmental policies and procedures
• Support Discrepant/Excess/Obsolete material processing to assure timely removal from production floor or warehouse
• Direct or conduct cycle count program for assets, or assist in periodic physical inventory of production materials
• Resolve issues with BAAN ERP models for Warehousing and Inventory Control
• Regularly inform management of the status of all work activities

Compensation Range: $63,328.00 to $94,992.00 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
