Job summary

Circet USA in Nashville is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound receipts, outbound shipments, and inventory integrity. The role emphasizes safety while coordinating floor teams and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a distribution center, experience with RF scanning and Exceed 4000 WMS, and a valid driver’s license. This is an on-site position with standard safety expectations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment.
• Experience using Exceed 4000 Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound receipts per documented processes and disposition non-conforming product.
• Lead the department in shipping orders to meet delivery and quality commitments.
• Ensure outbound shipments are processed in line with documented procedures.
• Lead safety efforts involving cable machinery and forklift operation.
• Maintain acceptable productivity and quality levels for floor associates to meet performance metrics.
• Ensure cable is prepared for shipment to prevent damage by carriers.
• Manage steel reel returns for credit and cable junk recycling.
• Maintain accurate inventory utilizing a Warehouse Management and Reporting System.
• Communicate any performance issues to the department supervisor.
• Lead floor personnel in the inventory reporting, cycle counting, and reconciliation process.
• Driving is an essential function of this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Perform and assist floor employees in performing inbound receipts per documented processes as well as dispositioning non-conforming product, purchase order, or damaged shipments.
• Lead the department in shipping orders and as required to meet customer delivery and quality level commitments
• Insure outbound shipments are worked in line with our documented procedures and processes.
• Lead safety efforts involving cable machinery and forklift operation
• Assist in the maintenance of acceptable productivity and quality levels for floor associates to ensure the performance metrics of the business are met.
• Ensure cable is prepared for shipment to prevent damage by carriers

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years related experience and/or training in a distribution center environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment
• Experience using Exceed 4000 Warehouse Management System

Pay Range in the United States: $55K - $81K based upon geography, skills, and experience. May also be eligible for performance incentive opportunity based on company and individual goals and performance
