Job summary

• Maintain daily communication with production management and HR regarding attendance.

• Operates under safety standards and PPE requirements.
• Trains new employees during onboarding and after shifts.

• Ensure all employees adhere to the company safety policy.

• Daily communication with Operations Team to receive priorities and planned work.

• Other duties and responsibilities: Communication, ability to work in team environment, follow written and verbal instructions/direct employees.

Work Environment

Some exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures—for short periods of time is possible. This employee will be required to demonstrate continued knowledge of Haz/Com regulations and requirements. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
