Duties include greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving high-value vehicles, and delivering five-star hospitality with discretion and professionalism in a luxury setting.

Qualificações

• Driver's license for 4 years or more.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background and DMV check.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Strong communication skills with English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Smartphone with internet and email access.

Five Star Valet is seeking polished, service-driven professionals to join our team at one of Southwest Florida's most prestigious residential communities, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a refined, luxury environment where attention to detail, professionalism, and exceptional service are the standard. Our Valet Attendants are an integral part of the resident experience, delivering personalized, world-class service each and every day.

Compensation

Valet Attendant: $16 (plus gratuities)

Location

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples -9000 Gulf Shore Drive, Naples FL 34108

Hours

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• 7:00am-3:00pm (AM Shift)
• 10:00am-6:00pm (Mid Shift)
• 3:00pm-11:00pm (PM Shift)

Must be available to work holidays and weekends

As a Luxury Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a seamless, elevated arrival and departure experience for residents and their guests. This role goes beyond parking vehicles-it is about delivering a five-star hospitality experience with every interaction. You will be expected to demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to service excellence while operating in a private, high-end residential setting.

Essential Qualifications

• Driver's license for 4 years or more

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
• Ability to run or jog as needed
• Lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Work comfortably in outdoor conditions
• Manual transmission experience is a plus

Professional Appearance Standards

• Clean, well-groomed appearance required at all times
• Tattoos must be fully covered
• No visible piercings (including earrings for male employees)
• Hair must be neat and conservatively styled
• Mustaches permitted if neatly trimmed; no beards
• Sideburns must not extend beyond midpoint of the ear
