Job summary

HD Supply Facilities Maintenance is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager to lead a team of 32 fleet drivers and 2 driver leads. You will oversee route efficiency, on-time delivery, fleet maintenance, and compliance with DOT and Hazmat regulations. Coaching, mentoring, and hands-on evaluation of drivers are required, along with managing vehicle inspections and records.

Flexibility in start times is required to meet business needs in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading large teams in warehouse/distribution.
• DOT expertise relevant to regulatory compliance.
• Experience with fleet and asset management.
• ERP/SAP experience or familiarity.
• Descartes or similar transportation software experience.
• DriveCam or in-cab video familiarity.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills.
• Bachelor's degree is optional.
