Mattel is seeking a Training Supervisor for Direct-to-Consumer Operations to lead the warehouse training function in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, supervising trainers and coordinating onboarding to support productivity, quality, and safety.
The role requires 5+ years in warehouse leadership, training program experience, proficiency with MS Office and WMS/AS400, plus strong communication. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

The Training Supervisor – DTC Operations works in a fast-paced e-commerce distribution environment and is responsible for coordinating, directing, and supervising the training function for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations. This role partners closely with Operations leadership to ensure warehouse employees are properly trained to meet or exceed productivity, quality, accuracy, and safety standards across DTC functions

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical equipment, including forklifts and powered industrial vehicles, airborne particles generated by warehouse equipment, and varying weather conditions due to open dock doors throughout the year. The position requires regular walking throughout the distribution center and occasional lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
This role supports a fast-paced Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment operation and may require flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules during peak business periods.
