Job summary

TelCom Construction in Manchester, IA is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations, provide leadership to foremen and crews, and ensure safe, on-time completion of assignments. The role emphasizes clear communication and hands-on guidance on telecommunications construction sites.

You should have utility construction crew leadership experience, strong computer skills (Excel, database use, and Google apps), and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience working with telecom MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Good computer skills specifically database software and Excel.
• Prior experience working with Google applications is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
• Local work with occasional travel.
• A valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.
• Class A CDL license is a plus!
