GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Weekend 3rd Shift Supervisor to lead a warehouse crew and ensure smooth, safe night operations in Kansas City. You’ll drive daily performance, coach staff, and partner with other departments to meet service goals.

The role rewards accountability, quality focus, and strong communication as you uphold our standards, manage schedules, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
