Job summary

Mercy-Rogers is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee daily planning, control, and organization of the department. The role coordinates internal and external distribution of supplies and services, and manages inventories and par levels in alignment with Mercy standards.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced healthcare setting, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to policies, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School degree or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year as a Supply Tech Coordinator or Lead, or 3+ years in another supply chain role.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and organize the department's daily operations.
• Coordinate internal and external distribution of supplies and services.
• Manage inventories and par levels (par) to ensure stock availability.
• Act as an expert on department policies and procedures.

Minimum Required Qualifications
