Qualifications

• People Leader Responsibility :

Directly supervises Supply Replenishers and Lead Supply Replenishers at the assigned site. Conducts regular performance conversations and annual reviews for all direct reports.


• Recommends salary actions and promotions in partnership with manager and HR. Assigns daily work, monitors attendance, and ensures site coverage. Develops Lead Supply Replenishers as the primary internal candidates for supervisor advancement.
