Eurest is hiring a Full-time Hourly Shift Supervisor in Kansas City, MO. The role directs associates during a specific shift, enforcing policy and procedures while ensuring quality, productivity and safety.

The position requires supervisory, food and beverage, and customer service experience, with weekly pay and free parking as perks. This is a full-time hourly role with a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Train and schedule staff for shifts.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety goals are met.
• Serve as liaison for employee questions and time-off requests; mentor staff to achieve career growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
