Job description

We are hiring for a Supervisor Security position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 4 10s, Thursday-Sunday, 6am-4pm AKT; 40 hours per week. There will be a premium pay for weekend hours.

Performs management and technical duties necessary to maintain a safe and secure environment. Responsible for direct supervision of Security personnel, in support of the Security Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 6 years of experience as in security, two of which is hospital related.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous law enforcement training and supervisory experience.
