Stan's Donuts and Coffee in Schererville is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor to lead a vibrant crew at our new Schererville location. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive outstanding guest service, and uphold our standards of quality and safety.

This onsite role offers a base pay with tips averaging up to $20+ per hour, a $500 sign-on bonus, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, meals, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.
• Manager Food Handler Certification and Allergen Certification required.
