What You’ll Do

• The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing sanitation staff, ensuring proper cleaning techniques, chemical concentrations and compliance with safety protocols. This role supports environmental monitoring and food safety initiatives, including ATP/TPC verification and microbiological issue mitigation. The supervisor must be capable of making informed decisions regarding sanitation and food safety, while maintaining documentation and readiness during the production season.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field, preferred
• 1 – 3 years of experience in sanitation, food safety and/or training preferred
• Familiar with FDA/USDA regulations and requirements
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with audit requirements, MSDS documentation, and food safety programs
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to interpret policies and enforce standards consistently

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms
• The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 55 pounds
