Job summary

JCPenney in Livermore, CA is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support management, deliver great customer experiences, and drive store performance. You will help execute operations, merchandise standards, and lead by example to empower associates and boost sales.

The role reports to the Store Manager; requires supervisory experience in apparel, flexible availability, and a willingness to travel if needed. You’ll perform POS transactions and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Pay Range
USD $17.75/Hr -USD $24.00/Hr.
