JCPenney in New York is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the store team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will learn all aspects of store operations, mentor colleagues, and step in for the Store Manager on designated shifts, upholding our values in every interaction.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in apparel, a track record of meeting sales targets, and availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range
USD $19.50/Hr -USD $27.00/Hr.
