Job summary

Holman Enterprises in United States (WA) seeks a Revenue Analytics Lead to oversee dashboards, automate reporting, and deliver executive insights. You will drive standardization across diverse data sources and lead a team focused on accuracy and actionable revenue intelligence.

Collaborating with FP&A, Sales, Product, and IT, you will translate complex analyses into clear guidance for stakeholders, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of strategic analytics projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Experience with SQL, Salesforce, and Power BI visualizations, including joining multiple data sets from different sources.
  • Experience building scalable reporting solutions and actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time with strong attention to detail.
  • Previous client-facing experience in sales, marketing, or customer success/service roles.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, enhancement, and outcome tracking of dashboards, recurring reporting packages, and executive-level insights.
  • Drive automation and standardization of reports using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, Excel, Databricks, and other BI platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and a single source of truth across analytical and reporting outputs.
  • Develop and execute strategies for effective data analysis and reporting across Holman’s multiple data sources (service, product, FP&A, IT, sales tech stack).
  • Partner with Data Engineering and IT to improve data structures, definitions, and semantic models supporting revenue analytics.
  • Enforce and follow reporting standards, documentation, and data validation processes.
  • Identify data issues proactively and lead root cause analyses and remediation efforts.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team in revenue analytics, reporting, and data stewardship, ensuring high-quality output, on-time delivery, and accountability.
  • Prioritize workload and manage deadlines across recurring reporting, adhoc analysis, and strategic projects, acting with urgency without sacrificing quality.
  • Promote a culture of analytical rigor, data accuracy, excellence in execution, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze revenue performance across products, segments, and channels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and track revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Analytics on strategic, enterprise-wide projects impacting the matrixed organization.
  • Oversee incentive reporting for multiple business areas.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Sales, Product, and Service to identify data sources, evaluate revenue drivers, drive standardization and consistency in reporting to support decision-making.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner on revenue trends and performance expectations; translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package. The annual compensation range for full-time employees is $87,550.00 – $124,755.00 USD, plus base pay earnings as applicable. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) with company match, PTO, paid holidays, bereavement, jury duty, paid pregnancy/parental leave, and other programs.
