Job summary

Pasta & Co Bellevue, part of Sugar Mountain, is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team. A competitive starting hourly rate of $18.50 with expected tips ($8–$10 per hour) to boost total earnings.

Flexible schedule with weekend availability is required to help us deliver outstanding dining experiences. As a role model for service, you will maintain SOPs, supervise POS operations, and guide team members while upholding our commitment to quality, safety, and hospitality

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Must have a flexible schedule (weekend and evening availability).
• Desire to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead, communicate and champion Sugar Mountain core values and SOPs.
• Be the role model for outstanding service.
• Proactively solve customer problems and satisfy customers in various situations.
• Ensure the highest quality food and service experience for guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized and stocked environment.
• Perform all POS duties and front/back of house tasks including opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are upheld and store funds are safeguarded during shifts.
• Provide guidance and lead by example to team members in following SOPs.
• Follow store policies, procedures and merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Promote and practice safe work habits and report hazards, inconsistencies and incidents to the store manager.

Pasta & Co Bellevue is looking for a part-time, efficient and organized Supervisor to help lead our front of house team! Great competitive pay with a fun work atmosphere. Starting hourly rate of $18.50, plus expected average tips of $8-$10 per hour ($26.50-$28.50 average total per hour). Flexible schedule and weekend availability required.

Reports/documents team member accidents, conducts initial investigation and determinations of root cause in the interest of maintaining a safe work environment
