• Provision of satisfactory motor vehicle operation report, preferred.

HAVENWYCK HOSPITAL (a UHS facility)

Havenwyck Hospital s a Joint Commission-accredited and licensed psychiatric hospital, overlooking Lake Galloway in Auburn Hills, Michigan. We specialize in providing comprehensive, compassionate behavioral health services to children, adolescents and adults. POSITION SUMMARY

The RCS Supervisor performs routine residential care duties and selected non-professional services under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services, Program Manager. Duties include providing a safe and therapeutic environment while p roviding care to children/adolescents in a manner that considers safety, residents’ rights and comfort. The RCS con tinuously observes the residents' behavior, mental status and activities, and reports this information to the appropriate clinical staff; a ssists with activities of daily living and encourages independent behavior. Other typical duties are assisting with admissions, discharges and transfers and p articipating in the implementation of the resident’s individualized plan of care.
