Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee QA activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive corrective actions and process improvements within the quality system.

The role emphasizes leading CAPA initiatives, supervising QA staff, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and process reliability.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in quality assurance, preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional team to address issues as appropriate.
  • Lead a group of QA focused on quality control/quality assurance activities such as release of products.
  • Lead and/or support quality improvement initiatives, including CAPAs and projects to support Operational Excellence
  • May lead investigation on customer complaints

What Quality Assurance contributes to Cardinal Health

Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.

Quality Assurance develops and implements a compliant and cost effective quality system that assures products and services are reliable, safe and effective. This job family provides oversight of production/manufacturing activities, training to operational and quality control personnel, and educates business leaders on Quality policies and procedures and ensures that all products and services are properly reviewed for quality and documented.

Qualifications

Anticipated salary range: $82,100.00-$117,200.00
