Lakeside Foods is seeking an experienced QA Supervisor for the 2nd shift (June through Oct.) with a transition to 1st shift from Oct. in Plainview, MN. The role oversees daily QA operations, ensuring production and quality standards while leading a team to meet departmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned QA team members.

• Train, coach, and mentor staff to build skills and promote improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Identify and communicate operational issues to minimize downtime and risks.
• Maintain accurate records of production, attendance, and performance.
• Communicate with management and staff to align on goals and expectations.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production and quality standards are met, and leading a team of employees to achieve departmental goals. Pay Range

$22.93 - $28.65 per hour based on education and experience.

What You’ll Do:
