Job summary

HAP Alaska Yukon is seeking a dedicated public areas supervisor to maintain safety and cleanliness across guest and employee spaces. You will happily provide location information and guide guests while supporting the housekeeping department’s goals.

You will lead and motivate the public areas team, stepping in to assist other housekeeping tasks when required. This role emphasizes safety, service excellence, and teamwork in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Patrol public areas to ensure safety and cleanliness according to standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and guest location information.
• Motivate and supervise the public areas team and assist in housekeeping as needed.

You will be out and about, ensuring all guest and employee areas are safe and clean according to safety standards.
