Job summary

VulcanForms in Devens, MA is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations for the weekend day shift (6 AM–6 PM, Fri-Sun and alternating Thursdays). You will supervise manufacturing staff, drive throughput, and ensure readiness of materials and tools.

You will lead standups, track targets, implement 7S and Lean projects, and collaborate across functions to meet safety and quality standards. The role offers competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A minimum of 2 years of managing a team of manufacturing professionals.
• Experience leading a team within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing across multiple product industries with rigorous quality standards.
• Self-motivated, hands‑on, with a practical mindset, and capable of setting and reaching ambitious goals.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Software, ERP Systems (EPICOR), Outlook, and others as needed.

Job Purpose

As the Production Supervisor at VulcanForms in Devens MA, you are responsible for overseeing the assigned area's daily operations, productivity, and staff. The successful candidate will help develop the workforce requirements, process task times, and evaluate the performance of the manufacturing production staff.

This is a 12-hour position with the hours of 6 AM to 6 PM - Friday - Sunday and alternating Thursdays .
