You'll be responsible for reviewing our production schedules, material, and manpower resources, assigning employees to maximize our production objectives, informing employees of production and material problems, and resolving problems affecting schedules while maintaining the quality of our products. About You

  • Identify and communicate production constraints, material shortages, and technical issues to relevant stakeholders across functional groups
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, operational challenges, and technical problems through data analysis and collaborative problem-solving while maintaining strict quality standards
  • Remain actively involved with the team to meet schedules and address challenges in real-time
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to establish and refine operational methods, procedures, policies, and procedures
  • Recommend improvements to materials, equipment, tooling, and procedures to enhance efficiency, product quality, and operational effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, specifications, and safety protocols
  • Execute performance management activities, including coaching, feedback, and accountability measures
  • Embody organizational culture and values, support change initiatives, and hold team members accountable to company standards
  • Present technical information, operational plans, and recommendations to peer groups, line leadership, and cross-functional audiences to gain cooperation and alignment
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to uphold and model company values and ability to hold others accountable to values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience supporting organizational changes
Preferred Qualifications:
