Dover Food Retail (DFR) in South Chesterfield, VA is seeking a Supervisor, Production - Frames to lead hourly production teams and ensure safety, quality, and on-time targets.

You will develop standard work, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with supply chain and quality, maintain schedules and inventory, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in a leadership position in manufacturing.
• 5+ years working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
