MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Illinois is seeking two Production Supervisors to lead daily manufacturing of semi-custom and high-volume cabinets, ensuring safety, quality and on-time production. You will drive performance through team leadership, standard work, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Two shifts available: 1st shift Mon–Thu 6:00–4:30, 3rd shift Sun–Wed 7:30 PM–6:30 AM, with occasional overtime. Competitive pay, bonus up to 5%, day-one benefits and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• BS degree or AS degree in a technical or business-related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production teams in semi-custom and high-volume cabinet operations.
• Achieve daily output, efficiency, and on-time production goals.
• Ensure PPE, safety, quality, and production targets are met on assigned shift.
• Promote clean, safe work areas and actively identify and correct hazards.
• Create, maintain, and audit Standard Work to support consistent, repeatable processes.
• Balance efficiency and customization requirements to meet customer demand.
