Job summary

Nike Factory Pigeon Forge in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-volume store team. You will guide customer service, train teammates, and help customers find the right products while embodying Nike’s culture and just-do-it attitude.

Putting Your Best Foot Forward

• Must be at least 18

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
