Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor for our JCPenney store in Petaluma, CA. You will support the management team to drive sales, deliver excellent customer experiences, and ensure store standards in merchandising and operations.

This role emphasizes developing your team, maintaining a positive work environment, and modeling our values of respect and integrity. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required; prior supervisory retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume apparel business is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $19.25/Hr -USD $24.75/Hr.
