Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Dining Supervisor (full-time) for the PennWest Edinboro Food Court in Edinboro, PA. The role requires evening, weekend and other non-traditional hours as operational needs demand.

You will oversee front end production, manage and supervise staff, and help ensure smooth daily operations while upholding safety and policy standards. This position offers benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match, plus paid vacations and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexibility, reliability, and ability to perform essential functions of various positions within the operation are required.
• Previous culinary/foodservice experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
